I don’t know when would that TPE expired. If it expired sooner than later then I would pick Harrison Barnes among the two players you’ve mentioned. I have been playing Fantasy Basketball for so long and last year was not a good year for Otto Porter because of his well-being. He’s been in and out of the league and choosing him over Barnes would hurt them more than help them. Otto Porter should’ve been a good if not a perfect fit for the Celtics. His size, defense and shooting ability would give the Celtics a several option for player rotation.
